libapache-mod-security software package provides Dummy transitional package, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-mod-security
libapache-mod-security is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache-mod-security package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache-mod-security *
You will get with libapache-mod-security package name, version, architecture and description in a table
